Approach:
ENSOR specialists conducted an in-depth analysis of the background situation within the project area and generated a list of opportunities for creating shared value (CSV), including the following tasks:
- Description of the background socio-economic and environmental situation based on the results of analysis of statistical data, in-depth interviews with representatives of government agencies, municipal administrations in the region and settlements and local communities, field survey of the project area and company data;
- Development of a map of mutual risks based on quality indicators in terms of social, economic and environmental aspects; development of an action plan to mitigate identified risks;
- Project stakeholder analysis to develop a Stakeholder Engagement Plan, including stakeholder mapping and identification of key issues;
- Development of an action plan to create shared value (CSV), including the development of a materiality matrix based on the results of an analysis of the background situation and stakeholder priorities.
Result:
Based on the results of a detailed analysis of the socio-economic situation and the state of environmental components, a team of consultants developed a list of actions to create shared value (CSV) as part of the implementation of the construction of wind turbine parks in the Stavropol Territory.
