Purpose: To assess the impact of the Project on the socio-economic sphere, including public health and working conditions of the Company's staff

The steps taken by the ENSOR experts in carrying out its tasks consisted of the following:

Analyzing of available statistical information on socio-economic indicators
Preparation of requests to the executive authorities
Collecting of statistical data on the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population
Developing of methodology (questionnaire format, sample size) and consultations with stakeholders, including:

Opinion polls

Developing reporting documentation:
- Description of the current state of the socio-economic sphere;
- Assessment of the impact on the socio-economic sphere and development of mitigation measures;
- Assessment of the impact on public health
- Assessment of the impact on the socio-economic sphere in emergency situations
- Description of the existing management system in the field of EHS and social responsibility, human resources and working conditions
- Stakeholder engagement Plan

Result:

Based on the results, in addition to the reporting documentation, presentation materials were prepared for discussion with stakeholders, participation in round tables, meetings with the public, the general customer, during the process of the state expertise of the Project.
