Project: Analysis of background socio-economic situation and environmental conditions of several districts of the Stavropol Territory in order to identify promising areas for promoting the practice of creating shared value (CSV) as part of the implementation of the project for the construction of wind turbine parks.
Purpose: Identification of promising areas for promoting the practice of creating shared value (CSV)
Approach:
ENSOR specialists conducted an in-depth analysis of the background situation within the project area and generated a list of opportunities for creating shared value (CSV), including the following tasks:
Description of the background socio-economic and environmental situation based on the results of analysis of statistical data, in-depth interviews with representatives of government agencies, municipal administrations in the region and settlements and local communities, field survey of the project area and company data;
Development of a map of mutual risks based on quality indicators in terms of social, economic and environmental aspects; development of an action plan to mitigate identified risks;
Project stakeholder analysis to develop a Stakeholder Engagement Plan, including stakeholder mapping and identification of key issues;
Development of an action plan to create shared value (CSV), including the development of a materiality matrix based on the results of an analysis of the background situation and stakeholder priorities.
Result:
Based on the results of a detailed analysis of the socio-economic situation and the state of environmental components, a team of consultants developed a list of actions to create shared value (CSV) as part of the implementation of the construction of wind turbine parks in the Stavropol Territory.
